Nestled in the heart of the Sea Pines Community on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, the design behind this full house furnishings project was inspired by the island’s stunning coastal surroundings and beach setting.

Purchased as a rental/investment property, our client wanted a design that appeals to the rental market, a gathering place for guests to relax, dine and entertain, with function, durability and comfort at its core. We incorporated a serene, coastal palette featuring performance fabrics, low profile area rugs, low maintenance furniture and plush upholstery, with layers of texture infused throughout to create depth for a light, bright and airy feel. 

Working with our client remotely on an accelerated timeline, our design team project managed each phase of the design process and implemented a turnkey, rental ready installation.
